THE FIRST PETRICHOR RELEASE is a 2009 bottling we have named Les Trois, to reflect the careful blending of our three distinctly different plantings, the Grenache, the 877 Syrah clone and the 470 Syrah clone. 50% whole cluster fermentation. 10% new oak. Native yeast. Unfiltered. Picked at 23 & 24 brix.
